Is it possible to run the new 3E UI that leverages HTML5 with the existing UI that is using Silverlight?

Answer
Yes, they can run side by side. Two things to note, though:
1) The URL changes slightly for the new UI and instead of being …<Instance>/Webui the new one is …<Instance>/Web/ui
2) The new UI currently only runs on Chrome, not IE or Edge. Other than that they happily work side by side so you can have them both installed and then train and move different teams over a period of time.
