Bryan Austin Pinnacle US
Legal technology consultancy Pinnacle has announced the hiring of Bryan Austin to head up its new Business Development (BD) practice as part of its ongoing US growth strategy.

Bryan has spent the past decade specializing in law firm business development, advising Am Law 200 marketing departments on strategy and technology to achieve their marketing and business development objectives. He has consulted on client relationship management, experience management, and client growth and retention programs, among other BD-related initiatives. Bryan joins from LexisNexis and has previously worked with Thomson Reuters/Hubbard One and Kraft Kennedy.

Commenting on his new role, Bryan stated: “I am thrilled to be part of the innovative, forward-thinking, and very talented Pinnacle team.  The timing is ripe for the launch of our new Business Development practice as market pressures are forcing firms to reshape their business development initiatives and efforts. Our practice and risk management background combined with our BD experience, uniquely positions Pinnacle to help these firms better serve their clients across the full client lifecycle, driving long-term client loyalty and profitable revenue.”

Pinnacle’s BD practice will initially focus on consulting and implementation services around Intapp’s Client Development suite of products, including Intapp Clients, Intapp Experience, and Intapp Relationships. Pinnacle itself will be an early adopter of these applications, keeping in line with a long tradition of running its business on the same systems and tools used by clients.

Robert Beach, CEO of Pinnacle US adds: “We’re very excited to have Bryan as part of the Pinnacle team. He brings a wealth of experience and credibility from his work with law firm marketing and business development organizations. Establishing the BD practice and adding a well-respected leader the likes of Bryan is a key aspect of our strategy.”
