Following on from a successful launch at Connect19 New York, Pinnacle is set to unveil its new Business Development practice area to a UK audience as Intapp’s Connect customer event comes to London on May 22-23.

Practice head Christopher Young will be leading Thursday’s Super SessionRefocusing to deliver profitable revenue growth – in which he’ll examine how law firms can reboot their CRM efforts to maximise returns for minimal cost.

While there will be a natural focus on the Intapp for Marketing suite, Pinnacle will be having an ‘open house’ on stand, with specialists from across the Intapp suite on hand to discuss current issues or future projects around risk and compliance, new business acceptance, time and pricing.

Comments Christopher “We’ve never had so many of our Intapp experts gathered in one place before so it’s a perfect opportunity for some practical problem-solving or planning of next moves. Two hot topics at the moment are AML with the SRA’s increasing scrutiny of firms’ processes to guard against money laundering; and the move away from on-premises time recording to the cloud-based Time 8. We have an off-the-shelf solution for the former, and very real and recent experience of the latter, as last month Pinnacle became Intapp’s first client anywhere in the world to go live with Time 8.

We are perhaps unique in the legal technology sector to run our business on the same systems that our clients run theirs – and Intapp for Marketing has already joined Elite 3E, Data Insights and Intapp Flow and Time as in-house tools. Take that insight, add it to all our client project experience and you have a wealth of real-world know-how to tap into. If you’re in the Intapp family, consider Pinnacle your agony aunts and uncles.”
