Legal technology consultancy Pinnacle has announced a partnership agreement with cloud-based legal software specialist Peppermint Technology, as it looks to help clients get more out of their investments in the Microsoft business applications suite.

Pinnacle will support Peppermint with implementation and integration services around its Dynamics-based CX365 legal business management solutions. Pinnacle’s blend of Microsoft, Elite 3E and Intapp expertise will enhance Peppermint’s delivery capability, with collaboration planned for the US, as well as the UK.

The focus is on ensuring firms can fully leverage their line of business applications and fee earners and business support staff get the joined-up, high performance systems they need.

Pinnacle CEO Mike Bailey comments: “This move is perfect timing as interest in the Microsoft stack is surging, across both large law and SMEs. As a result, we are continuing to invest in our partnerships and teams dedicated to the implementation of Microsoft solutions. This builds on our development work around the Power Platform and enabling of the modern law firm workplace. Peppermint’s experience, knowledge and unique legal IP layer is central to this strategy.

Peppermint has invested a significant amount of time, resource and capital over many years, to develop and offer legal service businesses a modern, efficient and client-friendly set of applications, that seamlessly integrate with Microsoft. Pinnacle has an enviable track record of assisting firms to get the most from legal tech, and we are delighted to form this partnership, especially at a time when law firms need more than ever to deliver a great client experience, in the most efficient way possible”, commented Gary Young, CEO of Peppermint Technology.
