Pinnacle implement Intapp’s OnePlace for Marketing CRM solution on the DealCloud platform
Here at Pinnacle we utilize our partners’ products to run our business. Not only does this give us credibility with both current and prospective clients in that we use what they use, it provides our consulting staff with the opportunity to deeply learn the technology in a very practical setting – often before wide adoption by law firms. This has been the case with our internal implementation of Intapp’s OnePlace for Marketing CRM solution, built on the DealCloud platform.
Pinnacle has been live on this system since May of this year, and we use it to manage all aspects of our business development function, from relationships to opportunities to webinars and other marketing events. It’s a critical tool for our business leaders to gain visibility into our pipeline and revenue forecast, to run weekly operations meetings, as well as providing summary financial status on active engagements, through integration with our 3E financial system.
We completed the implementation ourselves, but as everyone knows, CRM is a journey not a destination. So, we continue to update and add new capabilities as required by our business, which includes several practice areas, multiple service offerings, and covers US, UK, and Europe.
