Single business intelligence layers – and the cohesive, highly visual dashboards that sit on top of them – hide a wide range of sources and a complex logic. But what you see is a flow of powerful analytics which in turn leads to better outcomes: sharper insights, broader context and more informed decision-making. The Intapp Cloud platform has Sisense embedded within it to achieve this.
We developed our Microsoft-based Power BI for Risk solution to give risk teams pursing a Microsoft-led Business Intelligence strategy that single BI layer. It will help you get more analytics and more value out of your Intapp risk platform.
Power BI for Risk wraps up everything – the dashboards, the sources, the logic – in a ready-to-go Risk Content Pack. The content pack joins data from Finance and Risk systems to provide more insightful answers to reporting questions. It sits alongside the Financial BI solutions from our dedicated Business Intelligence Team.

Law firms use iManage to store documents relating to both their legal work and client and matter inception (client due diligence, anti-money laundering, letters of engagement etc.). These documents often need to be attached to Intapp Open workflows, but this functionality isn’t available ‘out-of-the-box’.
This leaves firms with two options. Either they adopt clunky, time-consuming and insecure workarounds that end up taking documents out of the iManage environment. Or they have to rely on non-standard, unsupported scripting.
Until now…
Our Intapp extension for iManage solves this problem. It plugs the ‘out of the box’ gap and gets the best out of both systems, transforming your efficiency, convenience and security.
With it you can upload and attach references to files stored in iManage (as well as file system objects) and link the attachments to lines in an Intapp Open data grid. For example, this could be a list of evidence where controlled collection is required

upload ordinary, Intapp Open-compatible files to iManage, profile the resulting iManage document, then generate and attach the appropriate .nrl file to an Intapp Open request.
browse iManage in order to select a document, then generate and attach the appropriate .nrl file to an Intapp Open request.
The extension is available on an annual subscription and we can complete the straightforward implementation in one week.
Our Intapp Client Portal– Client Due Diligence feature is a secure, branded link between your firm’s Intapp New Business Intake platform and your clients.
We designed it to address three main issues:
Security and compliance: KYC/AML related requests are usually handled via email. However, email is not a secure way to handle personal information. And it has the added risk that important documents such as passports are left hanging around in the system
Efficiency and accuracy: When you receive documents via email you need to save them into the appropriate part of the Intapp system. This takes time and risks important information being saved in the wrong place.
Branding and professionalism: You want to retain your firm’s identity in all your interactions with your clients. However, the Intapp system cannot be branded in this way.
How it works
KYC/AML requests are automatically sent from the portal, which is fully branded in your firm’s colours and with your firm’s logo. So there’s no need to send emails.
Your clients use the portal to complete the required data fields and securely upload their supporting documentation. Because the information is automatically transferred to the Intapp system, no personal data is ever stored in the Pinnacle Cloud.
The whole solution is dynamic. Requests are automatically moved on in the workflow. And, if you alter questions in the Intapp workflow, they are automatically updated in the client portal.
Plus it’s flexible. So if a stray document does come in via email, you can move it and store it where it should be.
The technology involved
The portal works with both the Intapp Cloud and On-Premise implementations of Intake and Flow. Because it’s hosted on a Pinnacle tenancy in Microsoft’s Azure cloud, there’s nothing to install in your firm’s environment.
Maintain secure, efficient and branded interactions throughout your new business intake
With our Teams to Time connector, Intapp Time will automatically capture all the calls and meetings you carry out on Microsoft Teams.
The connector communicates between the two platforms using Intapp Integrate and a Microsoft LogicApp we developed in-house.
It hooks in your contacts database or CRM to match all incoming and outgoing telephone calls on Teams. It then links these calls to a suggested client or matter.
Everything happens automatically and unobtrusively in the background. Each call is logged in the Captured Time window. Call timings are recorded in the normal way. All your fee earner has to do is add some narrative and post the entry.
You can access the connector if you use Intapp Time 7+ or Intapp Time in the Cloud. Standard implementation is less than a day; slightly longer for certain CRM integrations.
Book a call with one of our experts and discover how Teams to Time can help you:
Automatically capture all your activities on Teams that are currently going unrecorded
Improve the accuracy and completeness of your time entry
Remove the burden of time recording from your fee earners
